Are the essential oils in your products safe to use on my dog?

Yes! Many essential oils are beneficial to dogs in small amounts. We’ve carefully selected pure essential oils that are safe to use on your dog in small doses.

Is it safe to use your products on puppies?

All of our products are puppy-safe. However, you likely won’t need to use the Cleansing Ear Rinse or Hydrating Nose Serum on a puppy, as these solutions are most commonly used on dogs over two years old.

How soon will I notice a difference after I start using your product?

You’ll most likely see a difference after 1 to 2 applications, however it will depend on the severity of your dog's condition.

Is there a 'best before' date for your products?

While there is no exact expiration date, our products will be most effective if used within 12 months of opening. To prolong the life of your products, please ensure the lids are sealed tight and stored in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight.

Can I use the products on myself?

Yes absolutely! Not only have we tested all of our products out on ourselves and our four-legged family members but we use them regularly on ourselves too. For instance, we always keep a container of recovery wound balm close by as it works wonders on every day human boo-boos as well.
